Chef/Owner - The Phoenix Supper Club

Originally from Kentucky, Tommy moved to the Bay Area in 2004 to pursue his passion for cooking and finish his college education. Now in 2011, having completed his studies at UC Berkeley and working at some of the finest restaurant and catering kitchens in the Bay Area including sous chef stints under such notable chefs as Bruce Hill and Thomas Rippy, Tommy is the Executive Chef and Owner of The Phoenix Supper Club and EAT Restaurant.
