Ryan Farr is an acclaimed San Francisco-based chef, butcher, and founder of 4505 Meats. As the former Chef of multiple San Francisco restaurants, he is known for his own take on the classic snack chicharrones and as the sausage king, Farr's wildly popular pork products have quickly made him a rising star on the national culinary scene. Part of a young, do-it- yourself butchery movement that strives to give people the chance to understand their food more personally, Farr has also become known for his butchery classes and weekly appearances in the San Francisco Ferry Building on Thursdays and Saturdays where 4505 Meats offers a special selection of tasty treats with unique flavors and flair. In addition to his culinary pursuits, Farr has also delved into the arts arena by designing limited edition letterpress posters, t-shirts and onesies for his fans.
