Pastry Chef - Morimoto Napa

Morimoto Napa Pastry Chef Jessica Entzel was born and raised in small town North Dakota. She attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis and completed her externship in Tours, France under Master Chef Alain Couterier in Michelin starred Le Roche Le Roy. Upon her return she spent the next two years honing her pastry skills at Wolfgang Pucks 20.21, while also being the opening Pastry Chef at Salut in Minneapolis. She then went on to Jean Georges Chambers Kitchen for the following two years while also helping open Meritage as Pastry Chef and being a personal chef on her Mondays. Transferring with JG to New York, she briefly worked at Spice Market, before spending the next two years as Pastry Chef de Partie at 2 Michelin starred Gordon Ramsay New York. Working as a freelance food stylist and recipe tester on her days off kept Jessica very busy until she joined the Career Services staff at The Institute of Culinary Education. Longing to be back in the kitchen, Jessica moved to California to be the Pastry Chef of Morimoto Napa at the age of 26.
