Catherine Eloise has her roots from the Philippines where she started baking as a hobby. This led her to pursue her passion in the pastry arts across the globe, after realizing a desk job is not meant for her. The journey took her to the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. A few years after moving back and working at a hotel chain in her home country, she finds herself going back to the city she fell in love with and starting a new chapter in life. After coming back to the Bay Area in 2008, she has since worked at Bong Su until it closed. DeLise was born shortly after a year. She is a busy mom shuffling her schedule mostly between her babies who are two months apart - Gabriel and DeLise.
