Dominic Venegas has worked in the spirits industry for over 12 years. During this time he has been involved with working and setting up spirits and cocktail programs throughout the Bay Area. From Michelin Star rated bar programs, to some of S.F.’s illustrious bars which have included Bourbon & Branch, Cantina, Range, Gitane and the recently opened Smuggler's Cove.

In this time he has also been the Spirits Buyer for one of the nation's oldest bottle shops, the venerable John Walker & Co. Located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District for over 76 years. Dominic has also represented many spirits companies for education and brand development. Currently he is the San Francisco Brand Ambassador for Appleton Estate rums.

Dominic has been featured in many periodicals including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, 7 x 7 & San Francisco magazines. Also has been featured on culinary shows for networks such as ABC, TLC, and Food Network.

In 2008 he was named, "one of six bartenders who are essential in defining cocktail culture here and across the country." by the SF Chronicle.
