Executive Chef - Puccini & Pinetti

Executive Chef Avery Holt is originally from the small town of Chico California. Holt is the Executive Chef of Puccini & Pinetti restaurant in San Francisco, and oversees all aspects of the restaurant's menu, including the creation of dishes and recipes, ordering, and managing the kitchen staff.

Previously, Holt was the executive sous chef of Puccini & Pinetti, but has also spent time at the Grand Café and Le Petit Robert, both in San Francisco. His first job in a restaurant was during his freshman year of college-and his stint there inspired him to enroll in the California Culinary Academy (which he graduated from in 2006.)

When not behind the stoves at Puccini & Pinetti, Holt enjoys being behind the grill at home.
