Alex Morgan, 26 years old, is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy’s Le Cordon Bleu program and Escuela Gourmet ARCAM (San José, Costa Rica) and has staged at Arzak (San Sebastian, Spain), Hachi Bei (Tokyo, Japan) and Yoshia (Tokyo, Japan). He has previously worked at Café Andrée (San Francisco), Lake of the Pines (Auburn, CA), Barceló San José Palacio (San José, Costa Rica) and Beau Rivage Resort and Casino (Biloxi, MS). Most recently he chefed at Restaurante Akelarre (San Sebastian, Spain), a Michelin 3-star venue.
