Taste along with Christopher Sawyer (sommelier, Carneros Bistro & Wine Bar) and winemakers Kenny Kahn (Blue Rock Vineyard), Timothy Milos (Hidden Ridge Vineyards), Steve Reeder (Simi Winery), Heidi von der Mehden (Arrowood Vineyards & Winery) and Ed Sbragia (Sbragia Family Winery) as they discuss their techniques for capturing Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon character in the bottle.
