When the Grand Tasting Tent closes at 4:00 pm, the Top Chefs of SF reunion party starts shakin'. FIJI Water and W San Francisco invite you to MIX and mingle with Ryan Scott, Jennifer Biesty, Mattin Noblia, Erik Hopfinger, and Laurine Wickett as they mix up specialty cocktail recipes. Hubert Keller switches from chef to DJ and sets the tone with the funky beats of house music. Sip and savor in the stylish XYZ Restaurant with hors d'oeuvres provided by Chef Paul Piscopo.
Proceeds benefit the Golden Gate Restaurant Association Scholarship Foundation.
