Come party with the chefs and rock the Square at the entertainment event of the weekend. Indulge in great music, food and drinks as more than 25 celebrated chefs and artisans give their favorite takes on urban street food and barbecue – San Francisco style.

Simmer:
The night gets off to a searing start with a “Gumbo Jam” by The Back Burner Blues Band, a band of Bay Area chefs including chef and TV personality Joey Altman, Gordon Drysdale (Pizza Antica), and Scott Warner (Bistro Don Giovanni). Special guests join the act and add new ingredients to a pot of cooking Gumbo as they take the stage. Join the band in sampling the final dish that each musician shared a role in creating.

Enjoy wine from dozens of local producers, artisan beer by Trumer Pils, and signature cocktails from San Francisco’s hottest bars.

Spin:
